Profiling machine with 7 heads for shaping and polishing porcelain stoneware and double-firing skirting tiles.
The 1st and 2st head raking by 30°-60° and with a bucket diamond-ribbed grinder of D.150 is for the rough-polishing;
The 3rd/4th heads with diamond-ribbed grinder of d.200-250 is for the shaping;
The 5th head with diamond grinder is suitable to remove the lower edge;
6th/7th head for polishes the skirting boards with lamellar or resinoid grinding wheels with pneumatic pressure and electronic survey of empty spaces for blocking the thrusting head.
All the listed heads can be horizzontally and vertically adjusted; moreover the heads equipped with ribbed grinders can be raked on both the axis.
The conveying belt is driven centrally by a section B drive belt positioned in the lower part: the conveying belt has got a variable feeding speed.
The machine is excellent thanks to its important technical features like a perfect functioning and easyness of operation during the size and tool change and the adjustment of the same during the regulation phase of the machine.
The machine structure is made of thick, highly resistent and hot galvanized tubolar section bar.
All parts in contact with water are in stainless steel. The machine is managed by a PLC and can be equipped with or inserted in automatic lines suitable for feeding and unloading operation.
