Profiling and binding 5-head machine for shaping and polishing glazed stoneware baseboard, single and double firing etc. The 1st head is used at 45° to roughly hew the piece at the top; the 2nd head for shamping the skiting tile with a diamond-ribbed grinder D.200-250.

The 4th head is used for the bottom \\\"marking\\\" of the baseboard; the 5th head polishes the skirting boards with lamellar or resinoid grinding. All the listed engines of the profiling machine for baseboards can be set to be up- and down-driven, and those with forming grinding wheels can be adjusted in terms of radius inclination. The conveying belt is driven centrally by a section B drive belt positioned in the lower part; the conveying belt has got a variable feeding speed. It is a sturdy machine, with very simple tool and size changes. All parts in contact with water are in stainless steel and the structure is hot galvanised.
The machine is managed by a PLC and can be equipped with or inserted in automatic lines suitable for feeding and unloading operation.
