WHY THIS NOTICE

This page outlines the procedures for managing the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who access it for consultation.

The information notice only refers to our site and not to other web sites that may be accessed by the user through links.

In addition, the information notice is based on Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Group established by art. 29 of EC Directive no. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify a number of minimum requirements for on-line collection of personal data and, specifically, for the procedures, time periods and the nature of the information that the data controller must provide to the users when they access web pages, independently of the purposes of access.

DATA CONTROLLER

Following access to this site, the data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The data controller for their processing is the company COSMAC SRL, with registered office in Via E. Vanoni, 5 - FORMIGINE (MO) - Italy.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data processing connected with the web services offered by this site shall take place at the aforementioned registered office and at the company external server farm (Via Caldera 21, Milano, Italy) and shall be dealt with only by the technical staff entrusted for this purpose, or by persons that may be appointed for occasional maintenance services.

The data deriving from the web service shall not be communicated nor disseminated.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Surfing data

The computer systems and the software procedures used for this web site’s operation acquire, during their normal functioning, specific personal data, the transmission of which is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.

In accordance with the above article, the data subjects have the right to request the cancellation, transformation to anonymous form or the blocking of any data processed by breach of Law, as well as, in any case, to object, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
