PROFILING OF THE SKIRTING BOARD
Available for vertical or 45° tilted cuts.
The extra large carriage is installed on recirculating ball guides with oil bath lubrication. The latter allow for smooth and regular operation over time. As far as conventional 90° cuts are concerned, the carriage can be pushed forward manually. For 45° cuts, carriage movement is motorised by means of a variable speed DC motor.
The machine has a hot-galvanised frame 5.5 kW high power spindle.

Profiling machine specifically designed for the creation of the "Technical" skirting, characterized by bevel at 45°.
The machine uses high power spindles of 4 kw/each. made on our own design, as follows: n.2 front calibrators, a lower "levamarca" spindle and n. 2 spindles positioned at 45°.
The machine structure is made of thick tubular high strength and hot galvanized, all parts in contact with water are in stainless steel.
Optional: bevel head on the opposite side.
